After hearing about all of the advantages of IR Heating, you might be considering buying and installing some up-to-the-minute Infrared Heating Panels in your home.

Maybe you’re wondering whether our Panels will fit in with your décor, or maybe even if you should install your heaters on the ceilings or the walls of your home. Not to worry, because here’s a definitive guide to give you some ideas on the best possible locations for your new Infrared Panel Heaters.

Space-Saving and Discreet

Our hundreds of Infrared Panels, ranging from Image Panels to Glass Panels, mean that you’ll have a variety of diverse types available. The difference between the White IR Panel Heaters, Custom-Printed Heating Panels and even Mirrored IR Heating Panels are as great as the number of different locations in which you might choose to install them. However, the similarities are that wherever you choose to place your panels, you’ll find that you’re saving an incredible amount of space than what you would when using convection heaters, such as radiators.

Hide your heating in plain sight and liberate a great deal of previously ‘dead’ space using an Image IR Panel depicting a City Rush or Washing Landscape.

Choose The Size That’s Right For Your Space

Generally, the rule for Infrared Heaters is that the larger the room, the higher the number of watts you’ll need to heat it. The larger the panel length, the more watts it has and therefore the more powerful it is.

The 5 main sizes that we offer are:

  • 295 x 1195mm
  • 595 x 595mm
  • 595 x 995mm
  • 595 x 1195mm
  • 795 x 1195mm
  • 995x 1195mm

…and these are the main wattages that we have available:

  •     350W
  •     580W
  •     700W
  •     900W
  •     1200W

In order to find the right size Panel for your designated space, you’ll first need to calculate the length, width and height of your room to figure out its area in cubic metres. As well as this, you’ll have to knowledge of the room’s level of insulation.

Different levels of insulation will require different levels of wattages in order to effectively heat your home- properties with relatively good insulation will require 25W of power per m3, moderately effected insulated homes will need 30W per m3 and poorly insulated properties will need to heated more rigorously with 35W per m3.
